The 3 bedrooms are tastefully decorated with built in cupboards. The main bedroom has a King size bed and the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds. The 2 bathrooms (main en-suite & family) are beautifully finished with showers only.

You have the use of the communal pool and braai facilities in the complex and the Bronze Beach swimming area (lifeguard protected) is right in front of the building. The famous Umhlanga promenade runs in front of the building. Marbella is a secure complex and there is a dedicated parking for 1 vehicle and trailer parking in the grounds.

Umhlanga is the Zulu word for "Place of reeds" which makes reference to the natural, reed lined, lagoon formed by the Umhlanga River meeting the Indian Ocean to the north of the village. There is the 26 hectare nature reserve on the southern bank of the river which consists of an estuary, dune forest and coastal forest. There are 2 nature trails open to the public through the Umhlanga nature reserve. There is a 3 km walkway on the beachfront from the nature reserve along the front of all the apartments to the shopping area in the village where there are a large variety of restaurants and shops as well as ATM bank machines. A few minutes way is the Gateway Theatre of Shopping Complex which is one of the largest shopping complexes in Africa and has a total floor space of around 150 000m². Here you can enjoy an unequalled choice of shopping and recreational activities, fashion, food, technology, movie theatres, and sports. Nearby is the Kwa-Zulu Natal Sharks Board responsible for keeping the beaches safe for swimming. Twice weekly they offer and audio-visual program of information and entertainment followed by a shark dissection. Umhlanga has 2 bathing beaches which are protected by the shark nets and lifeguards. Main beach is central and is the main bathing beach with shops and restaurants on offer . Just to the north of Main beach is Bronze Beach, the second bathing beach. To the south of Main beach is a natural rock pool known as Granny's pool which is where ski boats and other water craft launch. From here it is possible to arrange for dolphin viewing, scuba diving and deep sea fishing. Umhlanga has an iconic lighthouse built in 1954, which is possibly the most famous landmark in the area and is positioned to the south of Granny's pool. Umhlanga Rocks is situated 20km north of Durban which translates to a 20 minute journey by car along the coast. In Durban there is Ushaka Marine World with an aquarium, dolphin, penguin and seal shows as well as a water adventure park.
